Job Description: |
We are looking for Independent Sales
Representatives to assist our company in U.S.
sales. We need people with proven
background in direct sales within the returnable
packaging industry, preferably including hands-on
knowledge of plastic containers similar to those
supplied/distributed by our company (www.soluplastic.com).
The candidate must have a proven record of
success in direct sales (2+ years) with strong
abilities in business development and planning
techniques, building solid, long-term business
relationships and repeat business (accounts)
within assigned geographical regions. We’re
interested in regions, most likely based on the
East Coast (New York City/New Jersey area) and
the Midwest (Illinois, Michigan, or possibly
Kentucky or Missouri.)
Therefore, a proven capability to generate one's
own leads is crucial, as is willingness to
travel, as necessary. The candidate will be a
highly analytical and decisive problem solver
and "deal-closer”, self-motivated and energetic,
with high levels of perseverance; and portray an
entrepreneurial yet friendly, outgoing attitude.
The candidate must be very detailed and
organized, with necessary functional expertise,
education, & training, and demonstrated record
of reliability and ethics, and client services
abilities; with polished presentation and
communication skills.
